Collective Bargaining Agreement: written agreements regarding working conditions and terms of employment concluded between one or more employers or employers' organizations, on the one hand, and one or more representative workers' organizations or duly elected and authorised representatives of the workers (according to national laws and regulations), on the other. Ministries of Labour often maintain administrative records on CBA, including information on collective bargaining coverage, content and duration of the agreements.
