After reviewing, Ralph Lauren does conduct third-party audits, in which they are looking for the suppliers to comply with the operating standards as well preventing of slavery and human trafficking. They also conduct independent audits of their supplier in connection to making sure they are following operating standards as well as making sure there is no slavery or human trafficking within their suppliers' business. Suppliers do need to certify that the products entering Ralph Lauren are complied with their operating standards and making sure no slavery or human trafficking was happening when creating these products. Ralph Lauren maintains internal procedures in how to act on non-compliance.
