MSA Business Performance Indicators
Has the company reviewed business KPIs to ensure they are not increasing risk of modern slavery? (E.g. expansion to production countries that have a lot of migrant workers)
p. 133 of the Dell ESG report 2022 contains KPIs. The only relevant KPIs for this metric are the KPI for one weekly rest day and maximum 60 hours work weeks.
